Hello everybody!
Good news for those users, who had 1AVCenter installed in April 2010 and failed to get registered version of the program on January 1 this year due to this.
Though it took some time, the problem is finally sorted out and we (GOTD and PCWinSoft) are ready to make a rerun. It is scheduled for tomorrow (January 6) and will be published as the second giveaway of the day (as we always do in such cases).
So make sure to scroll down GOTD home page to find 1AVCenter right under the new title! :)

There is one thing we do every year – you know, a sort of tradition to gather all the giveaway hits of old year and bring them down on you in January. Though this is predictable in general, the titles are always unknown. And noway we will give you a list of them in advance. Everything has its time and the time to start is January 1, 2011.
However a couple of hints are quite legal, aren’t they? Let’s see what we can tell for now… We have got several flash-related products, photo editing and organising applications, DVD creating and multimedia editing tools, a data-recovery solution and a few system utilities tools.
So while we are getting ready you can start your guesswork! :)

It is cold and snowing here – looks like Santa is on his way to everybody. :)
Meanwhile let us take a chance and wish you all Happy Holidays! Have an enjoyable Christmas with your beloved ones, friends and family. It makes no difference whether you usually get homesick or become a crazy traveller – make sure you have got a wish to make, otherwise it will be a long wait till next Christmas!
As for us, we are already lucky to have the best users ever (by the way it’s you), and we will do our best to bring you more software titles next year. “More” is not in terms of number (a year has 365 days and it can’t be changed easily), but regarding developers to share their prize-winning programs with you.

Have a new experience of early adoption testing, provided to you by GOTD and Paragon Software!
Please take it easy as we are not going to involve you in beta testing in any way. Though the product we are about to offer is still in development, it is one step away from being available to general public. It is the point when developers know that everything works, but they still want to be absolutely sure that they have not missed anything. Thus they need non-developers’/users’ look. So it is nearly half good as any given giveaway.
Why on GOTD and what are your benefits?
According to the rules a person must be approved by Paragon Software team to become early adopter. Here you do not have to apply to be a part of Paragon’s Early Adopter Program (EAP) and wait to be invited while you may not be.
Considering not many of you may be interested in this very limited component, it is featured on GOTD site as the second giveaway.

Boy, we’ve got news for you! Digiarty Software is going to post WinX DVD Ripper again on Saturday (November 13).
Though the problem was on our side on October 31, they supported the idea of repeating the giveaway for you. Moreover the upcoming version will be updated according to some improvements suggested by you.
And that is not all! Also on the same day Digiarty Software will bring something for Mac OS users (here’s a hint – it’ll be one of the MacX products). So if you know any Mac fans – be sure to let them know.
