A few words about traditions

Hi there!

There is one thing we do every year – you know, a sort of tradition to gather all the giveaway hits of old year and bring them down on you in January. Though this is predictable in general, the titles are always unknown. And noway we will give you a list of them in advance. Everything has its time and the time to start is January 1, 2011.

However a couple of hints are quite legal, aren’t they? Let’s see what we can tell for now… We have got several flash-related products, photo editing and organising applications, DVD creating and multimedia editing tools, a data-recovery solution and a few system utilities tools.

So while we are getting ready you can start your guesswork! :)

And Cheerful New Year to everybody!

Best regards,
GOTD team

  5. I’d enjoy seeing more PRO versions of software offered. I saw one the other day, a photo editing software that was the HOME version in which a very specific feature, the ability to use 8Bf Photoshop Plugin files, was excluded. The program didn’t seem much better than GIMP and so the inability to do the above with version offered was a deal breaker.

  8. I also hope it will be TuneUp Utilities 2010/2011 version….I downloaded it when it was available, but somehow a gremlin appeared on my system and all my files were corrupt so I couldn’t install it. (Holding my thumbs up GOTD ;-)

  10. Oh, I do hope MOVIENIZER is on the list! I had it, and a friend got it and absolutely loves it… However, I tried to do the indicated update and lost my GAOTD registration… boo hoo!! Told him not to update, and he’s a happy clam.

  15. thanks for all the hard work. it’s very much appreciated (even when i don’t have a personal use for the particular day’s offering, it’s a great way to hear about software)
i hope one of the re-runs is So Think Logo Maker (for some reason it says it’s not registered anymore, and i’d love a chance to re-download it).

  19. Many thanks for all the goodies that are offered here! There are several weeks worth of give aways I missed due to PC repair. I remember seeing a program listed for converting your Start menu that I would dearly love to have…missed it by one day!

Also, I wonder if there’s any possibility of Zoner offering us the Pro version of Photo Studio 13? What an awesome surprise that would be!!! :)

Thanks again and a healthy and Happy New Year to all!
