Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone!
Thanksgiving comes once a year and provides us with a chance to say thanks to all the people who mean a lot to us. So that’s what we gonna do, we gonna say 3 huge thanks to all our users: the first one is for staying with us no matter what; next goes the one for inspiring us to search and find cool giveaways for each and every day; and the third one is for those tons of feedback you keep leaving – you really help us & developers to improve ourselves!
For sure we admit that we should thank you much more often for having you and for all those things you encourage us to do, still Thanksgiving Day is one of those special days, when we (and many other people around the world) 100% remember to express all our gratitude.
May all your dreams come true this day.

I am thankful for the opportunity to try and learn about the different software that you folks bring to us daily. I am also thankful about the regular comment contributers such as Fubar, Giovanni, White Rabbit UK, Peter Blaise & others.
One small favor to ask, though?
In the past I have offered sevaral well meaning and on topic comments directed towards users having problems that did not make it past the comment moderator(s), yet I see other users post some pretty harsh words to and from each other.
I would be very thankful if the moderator(s) would be willing to let the more helpful suggestions pass, and censor out the ones that really have no place in the comments section.
The suggestion to add a “Not Interested” link in today’s Everdesk comments has some merit. Thanks.

Sorry I’m a little late for my wishes but as they say: “Better late than never.”
I would like to take this opportunity to wish each and everyone of you the best of everything during this special time of the year.
I would also like to thank you for the wonderful work you do. It’s truly appreciated. I’ve been coming to this site since the very beginning and became a member later on. If I can, I try not to even miss a day. At first, I used to download ALL giveaways on my old computer. Lol. That’s how much I liked GOTD. Now I like it just as much if not more but chose the gems you manage to offer us once in a while.
Finally I would like to congratulate you on the giveaways. It’s true that this site was well known for their converter, ripper, etc, offers but that’s not the case anymore. I’m amazed at the variety of software you offer. There is plenty of different programs to please just about everyone at some point or another. So double thank you for that and to the developers who make it all possible.

Thank you for the variety of programs; even the ‘specialist’ ones.
Thank you for trying to get/give a balanced set of user thoughts and comparisons with other comparable programs in the ‘users comments’.
Thank you for the constant effort to bring over 370 download optoins each year.
Thank you for allowing access to all the old GOTD promotions (even 3 or 4 year old ones), frequently I go to these to buy software for a specific need (because I know before I buy the Pros/Cons and how ‘buggy/etc. the software is).
A “Not Interested” link sounds like a good idea and might reduce the ‘thumbs down’ that certain types of people do.
Several times I have tried to give feedback to the software provider, some weeks or months later, but sometimes I can not e.g. ‘… not recognise’ serial number/e-mail address/no facebook account/’contact us’ form does not workwith all mainstream web browsers/refuses to accept the ‘anti spam code’/etc. and also sometimes I think they are ignored, e.g. ‘auto reply … 48 hours’, then no responce, not even a simple thank you. I suggest you remind them that we occassionaly can give good user feedback after the GOTD promotion day.

Thank you very much for the GOTD programs! I have among other thing put together a film on youtube by means of one of them.
I think GOTD users also should be given the oportunity to suggest not yet existing KINDS of programs that might be wanted by a big audience but no programming company has yet thought of! I also wonder if GOTD will ever give away programs that can be used to make programs – that in turn might be given away by GOTD … !
