Problems with Web Stream Recorder giveaway are fixed!
Hello everyone,
Today we will rerun Sytexis Web Stream Recorder together with the main giveaway to address the issues with upgraded version which is not working with the Giveaway of the day registration data.
If you have any problems with your previous installation of this software (namely, you downloaded and installed the update and lost the registration), you can download this giveaway and install it to fix the problem.
This newer giveaway version will not automatically check for the update when started.

Ever since I 1st saw this, a day too late, I’ve been wondering- why can’t eveeryone who got it just contact the company and ask for the new fix? I missed the day the fixed was offered! That’s not fair! I got it the correct day & installed b4 time up, shouldn’t that be all I had to do to have it? Hope that doesn’t happen very often! A big GRRR from me! Maybe I will contact the company anyway & ask. Can’t hurt, I guess. I just feel weird to do it is all. LOL@ me, but it was free & I don’t wanna bug a nice company who gave us a freebie. Oh well, I shall see.
Where’s the link to download the update??
What about those who found out about the problem later? You should real let everyone know that the software is not able to be updated instead of people finding out the hard way.

My web stream recorder will not start but i have seen that there is a problem with it. You have oktober the 16th launched a possibility for fix the problem but I cannot find this. Please tell me where and how I can fix this. Thanks,

It was already reran. It first came out on the 2nd and was reran on the 16th, Can’t get it free no more!
I too got the INFO late and need the update. A link for the update would be appreciated.
I”ve got to agree with comment #2 and #4. I missed the upgrade as well. Will you be giving us a second chance with a better indication of it being re run?
I have sent several emails to the Sytexis support group ever since the first software was offered on Oct. 2 – I have rec’d no reply whatsoever. I can get neither the first nor the second version to work correctly and consistently. This was a very faulty offer.

I appreciate you and the developer re-running this download. I remember both of you getting many, many, many, ugly comments. It is very nice of you to re-run the download – especially nice considering how ugly some were to both of you on the original download day. This note obviously did not get posted on 16 October. I still hope that you will scan this page and that your generosity has been noted and appreciated.
thought todays giveway game of the day was free…… i downloaded it and it says i only have 60 minutes of game time… i played a few minutes of it now i only have 30 minutes left? did i download it wrong?
This webstream recorder pro worked fine for me. Thanks GAOTD. However, I have had problems in the past with a few downloads but every computer is unique and may or may not work with some programs. If every other unit given away worked, but in one case did not, is that really the company’s fault? i fail to see the point in bothering an establishment benevolent enough to provide us with free software when it fails to work because of our own computer. They owe us nothing and so we should expect nothing of them. we paid nothing for their product so they are not to be held responsible when your computer fails. Just buy the full version if you want it so bad. Look, you’ll even get free tech support to straighten things out.

i tried -as many others have discoved that there were problems with the download and install of Web
stream
recorder. I believe this correction should be made available via a hyperlink or whatever so that all of us (who cant be at their systems 24/7 awaiting the fleeting moments that a correction be available. Please make it easier for your devoted fan base to get satisfaction.
