I’m happy to hear from the other side how they found the GAOTD projects. Myself i did not tryed the program yet, because i am quickly afraid that i do something wrong and ruin my system. But with all the people here on GAOTD i feel more secure when they write down there experians.
So for me it’s clearly working on both sides and am happy to hear that the producers are happy. I will look forward to the next promotion and who knows i dare to work with it too!

I would like to thank Paragon for choosing GOTD to help promote their product. I know that so far it has worked well. I was able to create a boot disc and a back-up file on a separate partition with no difficulty. The true test will come when I have my next system crash.
Thank You, GAOTD is the best for getting good, high quality software, especially Paragons. I use there software alot and especially put the most recent giveaway on my new laptop. Works like a charm, Paragon has made a good choice for Promoting there software and are getting the best results!

Yes and recent giveaways have all been good, useful software. There’s less of those silly screensavers and registry scanners.
#6, may I suggest you don’t wait till then? hard disk is very affordable, just get an new one if you can’t find an old spare,
test it out RIGHT NOW, backup is as good as you can restore it.
and Paragon, thanks, when people tested and knew it works, they’re very likely stick with it (and influence others for the first hand experience), eventually, the best product stand out.
Mmmm, I always wondered how the developers felt about this set up, good to see it is a positive thing for them.
I don’t try or download everything that comes along, but I am eternally grateful to those companies whose software I now have and use.
We are based in China and run a bilingual website, meaning I need to convert my XHTML [I use an English windows] to GB2312, so…………. if anyone is thinking of offering a solution for this then I am even more grateful.
It has to be a heck of a lot esier than the round about way we have to do it now.

i once used Paragon Disc(boot) manager.
On the reboot it kept counting down from 15 over and over.
Entering the BIOS was impossible.
So format C and reintall!!The backup i made was useless because the partition was changed in size.

I googled my problem,looked like i was not the only one with that problem.
I thank Paragon software for let this possibility stay open to try your software, so we have the possibility to reccomend a software we have to other people. For troubleshout a problem I wil use your site that it is intergratet in your software.

Paragon Partion manager is the third program that i was unable to install or did not work right.Or did not activate. Am i wasting my time ? I have told so many other people about this site I feel like a dummy now for recommending it.
@14 – how long are you using the computer? I dare to say 2-3 years only and mainly for work if you do not know any other way to repair Windows than REFORMAT.
I did help to several users to resolve this problem caused by Boot Manager. It could be a strike from the heaven to you but simple Update MBR or Fix MBR resolves the issue. Since then Boot Manager was fixed and now I holds 8 OSes on my PC! How do you see that?
Tried to download the partition software but when I doownloaded it it seemed to work. I was told it was activated then a registration screen came up and everything stopped. There was no link connection to register or even get to the site. Wasted a lot of time fooling around with soemthing that I thought might be good.
Never even got a chance to have it lod let alone use it.
Hope somebody has it working I sure did not.
Could not install previous Paragon Giveaway. Got some kind of registration error and the installer reversed without my input.
I downloaded the zip file from the main and mirror sites. Both files had errors and could not be unzipped. It was a total waste of my valuable time.
I’ve been with GAOTD since the beginning. Through all the changes and growth. It’s fantastic to see GAOTD get their props from a reputable software company like Paragon. This has been a long time coming. Maybe more larger companies will realize what a great idea GAOTD is.
To number 16> Mike, In my experience on this site, it’s usually the user that has done something wrong. Read the read me files carefully, there not the same every time. I know on Vista, for some programs to act properly you have to be logged in as an administrator. I hope this helps, and hey….it’s free.
Nice one GOTD, it’s a very unique service you offer here. I had heard of Paragon software but never used it. After being given the chance it’s on my shopping list. Keep it up!
Concur with Änts”…unable to install Paragon Partition Manager Free. Unable to complete install script dialog, recieved error. Have yet to hear from Paragon about this issue.

i have been using this software for ages–really works and has saved my system on numerous crashes. well done paragon and gotd
Unfortunately mine did not work and I really need it to as I think I have a bag bug of some kind. I don’t have any other back up software and was really looking forward to this based on the comments. I don’t know why it won’t work on my computer, I’m running windows Vista with Home Premium 32 bit. If anyone wants to help that would be great!!!
I signed up today because my neighbour told me about your site and also especially this Paragon utility. I managed to download and unzip fine but it won’t install because of a key error. Hopefully I will be able to get a key later or something? When I opened the site it said 15 hours left (about an hour ago).
Hmmm, this is begining to sound like the men’s magazines letters.

@17: Partition damage would require a reformat. But using a Windows recovery disk would repair the MBR. But appears to me to be a partition failure.
@21: I agree… escalating to administrator privileges does help in Vista/7 when something like that does not work as expected.
I’m sooo glad that all of the input has been helpful ^_^
I sometimes feel rather bad at some of the harsh critisms that some users give…but at the same time the inputs are useful (sometimes not) so I’m sort of torn. At the same time though, I realize that every software is someone’s ‘baby’ and it probably can be tough to see some of what is written.
So I’m even more glad to hear such positive feedback…it helps to know whether or not GOTD members are helping software developers such as yourselves ^_^ Can’t wait to see what other software you bring for us to play with ^_^

Am looking for a program that would allow me to burn pictures, from Camera/computer, to DVD R/W, toallow showing pictures on a TV. Have NTI CD & DVD-maker gold, AS well as a trial-version of Nero! (But believe that there must be a simpler,less complex program awailable to do this function?! Sincerely, Herb

I found your software a bit dizzying for figuring out where the install file went in C: At first it installed like everything else in GOTD and said I was registered. Then I went to look for it in the programs file and it wasn’t there. I half way installed it several times when I discovered the main file under C and that it had only partly installed and I needed to ge the name and key still. While I appreciate your professionalism and believe the partition program will be a great help, if you offer it again and really want folks to try it you would do well to make the install a “no-brainer” like all of the other GOTD offers. I just recently had the opportunity to use Paragon Software and it worked super great and couldn’t have come at a better time, with Paragon Drive Copy I was able to make an exact duplicate copy of my wife Hard Drive in a very short time, 2 weeks later her old decrepit system crashed and I was able to get her back running in 10 short minutes which I’m sure seemed like forever to her because she had 49GB of “legal” music and over 300GB of movies stored, so in short my wife thanks you for her safe music, my kids thank you for their movies and I thank you GOTD for your part in making this backup possible and Thank you Paragon for some awesome software
