Hi, is it normal for some of your vendors that you deal with to contact us for comments or to try to upgrade the software we are trying out???
I also do not appreciate getting the email sales pitch. Giving feedback on the software is done in the forums. Making the sales pitch should stay in the forums, too.
Please fix your contract with your clients so they are not allowed to make unsolicited emails. This kind of activity will lose web traffic fast.
