Marilyn, the card is not meant to be downloaded. Just hover your mouse over the different company’s names and you’ll be able to read their Christmas message to you.
#5 It doesn’t download just opens another window (IE8) You need Adobe Flash Player on to run the x-mas card. I hope it helps.
