Problems with giveaway timing -fixed!

Hello guys,

Yesterday (December, 20th) we encountered a problem with our server which resides in remote datacenter. This server was restarted by datacenter admins due to some database performance-related problems and the server time was changed upon restart. This, in turn, resulted in a giveaway being 5 hours shorter than usual ones. We are aware of this problem, and today’s (December, 21st) giveaway will last 24 hours as intended, even if it’s not showing correct timing at the moment.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused by these technical problems. Also, I’ll post an update once we fix the giveaway timing for the current giveaway.

Update: Giveaway timing fixed!

  1. Well, I am happy that a fix is coming. I was going to let you guys know about it , but I initally did not say anything as I thought you were aware of this already. So I was quiet :)

    Anyway merry xmas!

  2. I lost yesterday’s (dec. 20) giveaway because of this time issue. I was to install and activate the program after arriving home from the job, but unfortunatelly I was not able to perform the operations. Could you please take this in account and let yesterday’s giveaway for an aditional 24 hours (or even a shorter time, let’s say, 12 hours)?
    Thanks.

  3. The readers of your site will want to know that the popular pop-up blocker/web filter, “Proxomitron”, will make the “activate.exe” download file from your site produce a message that the give away has expired before it actually expires. There is a “bypass” function that must be activated in Proxomitron that will allow the “activate.exe” file to operate correctly.

  4. I had a problem with neoball as well. It wouldn’t let me enter the free activation. Now it says that it is to late.
