Hello everyone,
We will reactivate those giveaways for the very same 5 hours (starting 7 pm PST) that were lost due to server time problem described in the previous post. You will be able to install/activate the software during those 5 hours.
Dec., 21st giveaways will be active for 24 hours as usual.
We sorry for the inconvenience caused by those technical difficulties.

Problems with giveaway timing -fixed!

Hello guys,

Yesterday (December, 20th) we encountered a problem with our server which resides in remote datacenter. This server was restarted by datacenter admins due to some database performance-related problems and the server time was changed upon restart. This, in turn, resulted in a giveaway being 5 hours shorter than usual ones. We are aware of this problem, and today’s (December, 21st) giveaway will last 24 hours as intended, even if it’s not showing correct timing at the moment.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused by these technical problems. Also, I’ll post an update once we fix the giveaway timing for the current giveaway.
