Dear Lindsay,

First of all thank you for purchasing our product.
You are right, yesterday we got a purchase of a bundle via Regnow with 45% offer but RegNow offer system faulted. The system did not process 45% discount.

Since some other issues with a bunfde offer via RegNow happened before we made a decidion to suspend the bundle offer. All other offers with discounts are still active and valid.

Lindsay you can request refund to the Splitter or Plugin to force your discount.

Well, it’s 12th. July, 2007. I just tried to order the special offer, on the combined Solveig Splitter and the Trimmer PlugIn. The Buy Now link took me to the RegNow page, but no discount. Thinking that the discount would be applied at the end, I went all the way through but still ended up paying the full amount, full price, i.e. US$34.95 instead fo US$19.22.

My own fault fo not stopping when there was no discount indicated,but still I though I should tell you so that you can put a note on your GAOTD page saying that the offer has expired, etc.

Thank you anyway for all the great software you have made available to us all, and please keep up the good work!

Note for the admin of english GAOTD: Why don’t you translate the box? Lots of italian people post the box in english, and don’t look well.

Can you translate that in italian? You just need to make another php code and a png background.
