You never can do good for everyone thats for sure if you read the comments.
All I can say is thank you for the free programs GOTD.
Maybe they are many programs the same but nobody is telling you to visit this site anyway.
If you can make a program that never has seen before, go ahead.
If you can do better, why dont you start a site on your own?

Thank you for keeping us posted about the maintenance Slava, and thank you for a great site. I have had the chance to download and try many programs for free. Some have been deleted after a short while but many I still have saving me loads of readies!

And if you are having a break, so what, we are all entitled to a break now and again. I hope you are having a good time.

And again I will repeat. By all means leave valid comments about programs – good and bad. That’s what the site is for and developers do read the comments – some have even started appearing on the comments to help and guide and thank.

If you don’t like what’s on offer come back tomorrow or try and find an alternative site or just download the trial software you want from the developer and pay for it if you like it!

Is today, June 7, another maintenance day? An announcement would have been appreciated. Also, on days when the site is down, please consider putting an announcement where the announcement of that day’s GOTD would be. I have the GOTD gadget on my Google page, but it is just blank when your site is down. I suspect the same is true of people who put your code on their own Web sties, like #68 above. Thanks.

Since the site maintenance on June 3, I have to wonder if you have a new person responsible for uploading the new GAOTD program to the website. Before June 3 I could alost set my alarm clock to the second when the new offering was posted. Since then I wonder whether you have a new perosn or he or she’s alarm clock has broken.
