Hi GAOTD Team,

I want say hello only and thank you for all your efforts and work give to us great software, some of them sometimes we never could put the hand on that, if not were your work.

Here from Brazil, I am one of that users which get a great piece of software. The great part of them I had not installed in yhe same download day and lost the right to have it registered. Sometime I had not spare time to follow this, and athought I downloaded I lost the chance to had it fully functional and registered. But one or other were installed and a saved the registration data/key.

Can you tell me when the game giveaway of the day will be back daily.. I know that soon you guys will be doing vacations like last year and that was for a couple of months and its been some time now that game give away has only been weekends..

I didn’t realize how much I looked forward to seeing what the software was, until it wasn’t for a day or two. Even if I don’t download it, I make it part of my day to check in here and see what up for free, and who’s complaining about it. It never ceases to amaze me how many people will complain about something they come to willingly, and doesn’t cost them anything. Personally, I’ve got a few real gems here, a couple that I’ve actually had the boss pay for at work once I realized how good they were.

Thanks GOTD Team I’ll be here tomorrow to check it out.

Good day.

Anybody who thinks a maintenance day is a “day off” has never worked in the business. It is one of the most frantic periods that could be constructed. I’ve been through many in my forty-two years in IT, it is significantly more stressful than running day-to-day operations.

I greatly appreciate what you are doing and fully understand the need for downtime. It is quite surprising you haven’t required more.

Those who complain have only their own selfish interests in mind. They don’t get what -they- want, and of course everybody on the planet has the same desires they do, just ask them. Or perhaps they think they are the only person important on the planet. If your offering does not fit their juvenile desires it is worthless.

It is my opinion you are doing a very good job. I have missed some due to trying to remember what midnight you use, that’s my problem. As a suggestion go to UTC, then -nobody has- a valid complaint as to what time it is, no time zones, daylight saving, involved.

Thanks much for all you do.

I hope at least some of the folks can get some sleep after “maintenace day”.

Well……its not OK with me grumble..,grumble ……should have thought about it earlier……..grumble……..do it on your own time…..all you clowns sayings it is OK with you if these flakes take off un-announced and ruin a day that probably would not be much good ..grumble…….probably have a screen saver tomorrow – if you don’t take off and go to the fair or some such stupid thing……where is the stupid game? Did those flakes take off a day too. I guess not working all week wore the game team out too.grumble.see if I care!! If its not a screen saver its some dumb iPod crap thing that converts AC to DC and then back to PDF…

I too am still holding my breath waiting for the Flex animator Registration Code.

Not to mention trying to get the button program from the other day, all I kept getting all day long from GAOD site is “site has timed out”
So it would be really nice Slava if you could answer whether or not this will be made available to us again, because it seems that quite a few of us had problems.

So … I’m waiting patiently to satisfy my withdrawals from GAOTD. Hoping right at midnight there’s something new. For starters, what ’bout some kind of avi video file splitter, so we can split a large file to be able to copy to more than 1 cd if it doesn’t fit on one or even a pdf splitter. I haven’t come across those yet. Happy Memorial Day!
