What happened to the games we havent’t been seeing them the past two week ends. Wouldyou mind putting up more mahjongg games and matching 3 or more?

Why were’nt there any games this weekend at game giveaway of the day?
I thought there were supposed to be giveaways every Sat. & Sun. The last game offerd was 9-18 brave dwarf which I tried over & over to d/load and run but when I tried to run it I kept getting an error message or it would just shut down saying prog encountered problems needs to close. All other games you offered run fine.
And I thought you were going to offer “pdf to word” again since the first one didn’t work. Instead you offered “pdf to html”.

I cannot figure it out.

Perhaps a more in depth explanation and the effects of what your technical problems are would be beneficial to eliminating the negative lack of software comments. I have a feeling that this current technical problem also prohibited the game offering for the weekend. Like I just said, a more in depth explanation would be helpful.

As for me personally, in your game searches, if you can come up with some good vertical shooters and/or RPG’s, it would be great.

I’ve been coming here for years, and look forward to more good offerings.

Except, Elsie, I like pick 3s. After all, what type of game hasn’t been endlessly cloned? Which, if you think of it, isn’t so bad after all. Hopefully, the team will continue to mix it up so that most everybody will get a chance to get something they like, even if its in the long run. That’s all we can reasonably hope for. You never know when something that gets a huge percentage of thumbs up, like yesterday’s gotd did, will come along. I think that makes it worth a little patience. I assume most of us do.

I’ve been coming to this site for about a year now. I love what you guys do. And Stephen, you rock. I’m a wanna be who’s lacking the brain cells (child of the 70’s and all that) to be a tech head. So I really appreciate your reviews. And to all you whiners out there… Whah f…n whah. (sorry bubby i’m trying to be polite) My thought for people who complain about whats free….get a job and buy what you want. Then maybe you’ll have something to do instead of coming here.

Thanks for letting us know, GAOTD, and thanks for all the great programs you’ve offered us in the 6-7 months since I heard about this site. The program I use the most is EverNote. The games I like the most are Around the World in 80 Days and Ozzy Bubbles. But I’ve also started using free programs I heard about on this site, including Launchy (indispensable), Revo Uninstaller, and Essential PIM.

For those who liked Magnifying Glass Pro, which was given away a couple of months ago, Bits du Jour is offering it (today only) for $11.73. I just found out about their site about a month ago, and this offer saved me. I don’t use the glass much but I got a message when I opened it yesterday (ironically, so I could read the GAOTD forums more comfortably, since I can’t see my monitor very well with my old-style bifocal glasses)that my license expires in 7 days. I emailed the developer, but don’t expect to hear anything since others who had the same problem reported a poor response. LOVE!!! the click 3 games…don’t care if a whole bunch of them are on there. Treasure of Montezuma was awesome…wish I had that one-could that be run again? I’m not a gamer type of person, if I were I wouldn’t be on this site, but a nice game to unwind with is appreciated. LOVED the Golden Prague game; would be fun to see more of that.
