3-day rule with Decrypter

Trust Digiarty Software to launch a 3-day offer on GOTD! :)

Today and throughout the weekend WinX Blu-ray Decrypter will be available as giveaway. Thus if you usually can hardly reach giveaway on Friday (well, we know that Friday is usually a mix of deadline work and midnight fun), then you will have two more days to get Friday’s gift.

And a couple of hints to grab WinX’s gem on weekend:
1) it will be available on our main site (English version);
2) remember to scroll down the page as it is going to be the second offer of the day.

Enjoy the weekend!

Regards,
GOTD project team

  1. Nice to see something longer than one day. I think it would be very nice to see everything extended to 2-3 days.

  2. I will second the idea of having downloads available for 2 to 3 days.

    How about? >>

    freefor2days.com

    or

    freefor3days.com

    or something similar?

  3. I second Gary’s motion!

It seems that the days when I’m unable to get to the site are the days when something I really wanted was offered, and I always seemed to be late for the party!

Expanding the giveaway period to 2-days instead of the current 1-day policy might also encourage more people to post comments about the software, since they would have more time to reasonably evaluate it and return to comment on their experience. Even though many visitors may revisit the site and read the comments about a particular offering, I’ve noticed that very few (if any) comments are posted once the giveaway period is over. (Is that so because the moderators stop approving further comments? Or is it simply because people stop posting them?)

Once again, bravo for the multi-day giveaway! May you receive the feedback you seek by doing so! While I don’t currently own a computer that handles Blu-ray discs, and thus can’t take advantage of the Decrypter offer, I appreciate and applaud your generosity nonetheless!

  4. @John Then brothergiveaway.com from brothersoft would have been your site of choice. But unfortunately they stopped their service some months ago.
The page is still there but no new giveaways are coming.

The giveaways there usually where available for at least two days. Most time the giveaways where available for three or four days.

  5. I third Gary’s. It would allow the software more exposure. When I have something decent to sell, I would love to do a three day giveaway!

  6. Hmmm, GAOTLTP
(Give Away Of The Limited Time Period?) ;)

I still like the concept of it being generally just one day with an occasional offering lasting an extended time period. I always know if I haven’t seen “today’s” GAOTD yet, that I’ve got till midnight to find out if its something I can’t live without. And that makes GAOTD the only web site that I regularly visit on a daily basis. That frequency of consistently returning visitors is what a lot of sites strive for.

I think if the standard became offers that lasted 2-3 days, I’d probably forget if it was yesterday I checked or the day before etc… hehe

“GAOTD” could stand for “day” or “days” (wink)
